Minimum Education and Experience

Postdoctoral Associate Position in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or Related Engineering Fields. It is critical that the candidate will be able to participate in the project for the full duration of the positions.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Highly motivated candidates with a Ph.D. degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or in a similar engineering field.
  2. Published/accepted journal papers.
  3. Programming skills in Matlab, Simulink, and Python.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Advanced Control methods
  2. Flight controller software for drones

Overview

Special Instructions to Applicants

Post-Doctoral position is available at Rutgers University. The position is initially for 6 -months but may be extended to one year. It is expected to start on January 1st, 2021 and end on June 30th, 2021. The position is fully funded by a recent award from the Project Team Science supported by the Rutgers School of Engineering.
