JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems is seeking a qualified graduate student to serve as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for BAN 541: Data Mining for Business in Spring 2021. The position will begin on January 19, 2021 and end no later than May 15, 2021. TA duties may include a combination of the following: weekly meetings with instructors, weekly pre-runs, preparatory work, management of course materials (online or hard copy), sharing of necessary content knowledge, hosting office hours for students, and grading.
The successful TA will be working toward a Ph.D. in Marketing or Supply Chain Management, possess a working knowledge of data analytics in business, and be comfortable interacting with and helping master’s level students with the subject matter. Review of applications will begin immediately.
