Description of the
Job
The Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering is recruiting for an adjunct faculty member (open rank) to teach a
3-credit engineering course in Augmented Reality. Job duties will include: preparing and delivering lectures; preparing and assigning
homework problems and exams; grading homework problems and exams and assigning final course grades; holding office hours and answering
student questions
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a closely related
field. Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of five years of relevant
academic experience.
