The Computer Science Department at the College of Charleston (http://bit.ly/CSatCofC) invites applications for one instructor position starting Fall 2021.

The successful
applicant (http://bit.ly/InstCSatCofC) will be in the exciting
position of developing and delivering new courses and laboratories for the Department of Computer Science to be taught to Systems
Engineering students. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, collegiality, and a passion for teaching.
This position is primarily a teaching appointment with four course/lab sections per semester, which will also require professional
development and service activities. Candidates with expertise in all areas of computer science are sought to support our undergraduate
programs in Computer Science, Computing in the Arts, Computer Information Systems, and Data Science. An earned Master’s or Ph.D.
degree in Computer Science or systems, electrical, computer, or software engineering or closely related field is required before August 15,
2021.
