The Department of Health Care Management and Administration at Rider
University seeks an adjunct instructor of health care law for the Spring semester beginning (February 1 – May 14, 2021). This position is to
teach BUS 315/ HTH 315 Health Care Law, Ethics & Policy (3 Credits).

This course
analyzes the role of the law in promoting the quality of health care, organizing the delivery of health care, assuring adequate access to
health care, and protecting the rights of those who are provided care within the health care system. It will also examine the public policy,
economic, and ethical issues raised by the health care system.

Class is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30 a.m. – 12:30
p.m. Teaching modality: remote/blended which means some synchronous and asynchronous teaching depending in the instructor’s availability. It
is not offered as 100% online and asynchronous.

Position Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) and/or relevant work
experience.
