The University of Arizona’s College of Applied Science & Technology (CAST) is seeking an Limited Term Adjunct Instructor who will teach undergraduate courses within our Applied Computing and Computer Science programs. The teaching areas of Object Oriented Programming and Design, Python programming, data structures, database systems, web and mobile app development, data analytics, algorithms, and automata are especially desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Adjunct instructors are required to attend meetings and submit materials as requested throughout the term of appointment.
- Develop/prepare course syllabi, assignments, and activities for course delivery.
- Prepare and deliver course lectures/workshops.
- Critique and grade student assignments and examinations.
- Maintain regular in-person or virtual office hours and/or be available to students by appointment.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Experience on online learning
- Ph. D. in Computer Science or closely related field.
- Experience with online teaching
