Adjunct Pool – ITABE/Information and Technology Management

The Department of Information Technology,
Analytics, and Business Education (ITABE) in the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University invites applications to a three-year
pool for adjunct temporary positions at the Instructor level in Information and Technology Management from November 15, 2020 to November 14,
2023. The successful applicants will be expected to teach 3 to 12 credit hours, online or face-to-face, at the undergraduate and/or graduate
level per semester of Information Technology Management courses. Candidates must demonstrate evidence of or potential for teaching

Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree (required) or a Doctorate Degree (preferred) in the Information Systems
(IS), Computer Science (CS), Information Science and Technology (IST), Information Technology Management (ITM), or other business and
technology related degrees such as Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Education (M.Ed.) from a regionally accredited
institution. Examples of teaching current, information technology topics such as data analytics, ERP, big data, and application development;
experience working within an information technology management related field; experience in medium to large size businesses; Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) experience; and project management experience is preferred. Undergraduate/graduate teaching or corporate training
experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations is preferred. Record of, or potential for, scholarly activities,
including refereed journal articles and professional certifications is desirable. Finalists must communicate well and successfully complete
an interview process and/or teaching demonstration as judged by the department faculty. Recommendation for hiring is needed by the majority
of the regular, full-time department faculty.

Salary is competitive and will reflect the faculty
collective bargaining agreement. Prior to a final offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to submit to a background
