The University of South Carolina Sumter invites applications
for a full-time, tenure-track position to begin August 16, 2021. The position requires an earned doctorate in Computer Science by the
beginning date of employment, including credentials necessary for departmental approval to teach introductory and upper-level courses as
needed, as well as either a demonstrated commitment to or record of effective undergraduate teaching. The normal teaching load is twelve
contact hours per semester. Applicants must also demonstrate a strong commitment to establishing and maintaining professional activity in
scholarship and service, as well as to student advising, mentoring and participation on campus committees.
