New York Law School (NYLS), located in the heart of Tribeca, seeks adjunct faculty to teach Hedge Funds: Their Regulations and Structure.

Course Description: This course will provide an in-depth overview of the applicable laws and regulations respecting onshore and
offshore hedge funds, their formation issues, and related core documentation requirements.
This is a two-credit course and the
estimated hours for this position will be 9 hours per week.

Requirements: JD and a minimum of seven years of related
experience.

Salary: Highly competitive
