Masters in Accounting or Master’s degree in Business w/minimum of 18 graduate hours in Accounting required.

College teaching
experience preferred. Experience teaching online, telepresence, or hybrid format desired.

This full-time position w/benefits
begins with the Spring, 2021, semester. The successful candidate’s primary office will be located on the Highland Community College campus
in Highland, Kansas. The instructor will conduct class on-ground or using a hybrid format, e.g. combined on-ground /telepresence or
on-ground/online during days, evenings, or weekends. Students may be attending courses via instructional technology at any of Highland’s
five instructional sites.

Assigned courses will include, but are not limited to: Intro to Accounting, Accounting I and II,
Managerial Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Financial Accounting, Personal Finance, and general business courses. Information about

The Instructor will prepare all instructional materials for the
various learning activities associated with their major subject area, maintain accurate student records, serve on College committees as
assigned, and assist in recruiting and supporting adjunct instructors in the same discipline. Related responsibilities include keeping
current in the teaching field, recommending pertinent library materials for acquisition to the Library, attending faculty meetings,
cooperating and assisting student services with regard to student needs, and attending commencement ceremonies.
