Scope of Position: Oversee the department of Industrial and Engineering Technologies and ensure it is running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related industrial/technical area, or a degree related to
management, leadership or administration. Computer skills required. One year of experience having management skills preferred. Higher
Education experience preferred.

Knowledge: Knowledge of community college matriculation and technical majors.

Skills: Time management and communication skills (verbal and written). Problem-solving and leadership skills.
Ability to delegate responsibilities.

Abilities: Ability to develop procedures/methods to accomplish tasks.
Ability to develop and manage budgets.
