Summary of Job Duties:
The
Civil Procedure Law Professor is responsible for teaching law courses, scholarly research and publication activities, and service activities
for the School of Law and the legal community.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • JD degree or an International Law degree from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of
    employment
  • A distinguished academic record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold a law license and at least
    two years of practical legal experience
  • Tenure-track teaching experience, or experience as a visiting law professor or
    fellow
