Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Epidemiology

Tenure Track Faculty Position

The
Department of Public Health Sciences at the UConn School of Medicine seeks to fill a full-time, tenure-track position. As a critical
stakeholder within the University, we are filling several tenure-track and in-residence positions in the interest of expanding our capacity
to address population health issues critical our University’s mission and the well-being of the nation and beyond. Consequently, we seek
candidates who, regardless of their substantive area of interest, demonstrate significant scholarly productivity, commitment to graduate
education and public health leadership. The preferred candidate will be one, who by virtue of his/her record of research funding,
publications and teaching experience is qualified for appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor within a top-25 public research
university.

The Department of Public Health Sciences directs UConn’s public health program which offers an MPH, PhD and certificates
in addiction science, disability studies and health disparities. We also are a key contributors to the University’s medical/dental
curriculum. Our faculty undertake research and teach on a range of topics relevant to domestic and global health and maintain extensive
