department currently has six full-time faculty, offering three degrees to our vibrant undergraduate community: an ABET-accredited B.S. in
Computer Science, a B.A. in Computer Science, and a B.S. in Data Science.
A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field
is required for continuing employment, but we will consider candidates who are nearing completion of their doctorate. Responsibilities
include teaching a variety of lower-level and upper-level undergraduate computer science courses, guiding undergraduate student research
projects, and developing innovative pedagogy and curriculum.
Preference will be given to those who have a strong record of
training or classroom teaching and scholarship within their field. Candidates must have a commitment to instructing and advising highly
motivated students. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications. Faculty members are expected to teach a 4/4 load.
