will report to the PI Dr. Vincent Leung, Associate Professor, and will assist in RFIC design for military communication system research
within a laboratory environment. This is a grant funded position through October 31, 2021 with a possible extension through September 30,
While a preference will be given for Postdoctoral candidates, applicants with a Master’s degree in a related field
and experience working with the required technologies cited below will also be given consideration.
- Strong RFIC design, tape-out and characterization experiences
- In-depth understanding of
sub-micron CMOS (65nm and below) technologies
- Working knowledge of Cadence design, simulation, layout, and verification
- Knowledge of wireless communication circuits and systems is highly desirable
