Postdoctoral Fellow, ECS – HigherEdJobs


The Postdoctoral Fellow, ECS serves in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering and Computer Science. This position
will report to the PI Dr. Vincent Leung, Associate Professor, and will assist in RFIC design for military communication system research
within a laboratory environment. This is a grant funded position through October 31, 2021 with a possible extension through September 30,
2022.

While a preference will be given for Postdoctoral candidates, applicants with a Master’s degree in a related field
and experience working with the required technologies cited below will also be given consideration.

Qualifications

  • Strong RFIC design, tape-out and characterization experiences
  • In-depth understanding of
    sub-micron CMOS (65nm and below) technologies
  • Working knowledge of Cadence design, simulation, layout, and verification
    tools.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication circuits and systems is highly desirable
