What is merit
Applicants for the post of apprentice must have a minimum of 50 percent marks in the 10th standard. Also it is mandatory for applicants to have a National Trade Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training. Applicants must not be less than 15 years of age and 24 years or older on 1 January 2020. SC / ST, OBC and PWD categories applicants will be given age relaxation.
How will you choose
Eligible applicants will be selected on the basis of merit list. This list will be prepared on the basis of the marks of 10th class of applicants and marks of ITI examination. There will be a panel based on the average of Marx in 10th grade and ITI. Merit list trade wise, unit wise and community wise will be prepared.
